Free advice and recommendations if issues are detected

Available for properties located within 50 km of Popovo town.

Exact property location/address (plus directions if needed)
A set of keys for scheduled inspections (and for any agreed maintenance)
How It Works:
Book the service and share contact details, address and key handover plan.
We schedule your monthly visit(s).
After each inspection, you receive a concise update within 24 hours, followed by the full report with photos/videos.
If we find issues, we include practical recommendations. Any repairs or additional visits are quoted separately before work begins.
Express Service:
Urgent, on-demand inspections can be arranged on request (subject to availability). Ideal after storms, break-ins, or water/heating alarms.
Notes & Terms:
This is a non-invasive, visual inspection service; it does not include diagnostic testing, repairs, or utility costs.
Additional call-outs, key pickup/drop, repairs, or specialist investigations are available as add-ons and quoted separately.
